For optimum wear resistance and strength, bushings are manufactured to rigid specifications. Select steels are precision machined and bushings are case hardened and heat-treated to extend wear life.

Fatigue-Resistance Sidebars

To achieve ultra-high strength and ensure consistent service life, sidebars are through-hardened that keeps the chain hanging failure-free.
